that is a phrase I need to remember. and a few others:
Everything will be okay.
I am enjoyable to be around, I don’t have to offer something, do a favor, do something sexual, or be anything other than myself to have worth.
Honesty is hard sometimes but always a good idea.
Feelings are transient, they must be felt but they do not last forever.
do what feels right.
think about what you want, and things that make you happy, when you feel bad.
control is an illusion, nothing good comes from manipulation.
when you feel needy, do something creative or productive to fill up your tank.
you don’t have to explain yourself.
less is more.
let it be.
